| Marjorie K. Nanian is currently
the president of AABA. She was the founder and first
president of the association. Presently, she serves on the
Novi Board of Review, teaches part-time at Schoolcraft
College and practices law part-time. She has also published
several articles in national trade journals. For the article

| Susan A. Gasparian is currently
the Vice President of AABA. Susan has been an attorney
in the International arena for over 20 years. She was a key
participant in Ford’s entry into Thailand, Vietnam, India,
and other Asian countries, including negotiations with U.S.
and foreign government officials, and local partners . She
was the lawyer directly responsible for the establishment
and development of vehicle and component manufacturing
companies, sales and service companies, and IT companies,
both wholly-owned and joint ventures, in Thailand, Vietnam,
India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia,
Korea, and Japan. |

the Treasurer of AABA. Mark's principal practice
area is commercial real estate transactions (sale, purchase,
leasing, finance, and development). Mr. Kaylian also has

Mr. Kaylian represents local, regional and national shopping
centers and office clients, as well as multinational

| Kathryn L. Ossian is currently
the Secretary of AABA. Kathy heads up the legal team
that counsels Fortune 500 companies, second-stage businesses
and start-ups in all aspects of Information Technology law
tailored to the clients' specific industry and needs. Kathy
strategizes, negotiates and drafts all types of technology
and Web-related agreements, Internet use and e-records
